Modelling, simulation and verification studies are carried out thanks to the physical, mathematical or logical simulation of the system or process to be developed. By creating a digital twin of the product, critical interactions between physics, control and environment are analyzed and optimized.
In this way, we are able to provide our customers with realistic performance evaluations of the product to be produced within the scope of the project, while the physical prototype has not yet been produced. Provided that the modelling techniques and data used are correct, the ability to reach the right design for the first time increases during the concept design and detail design periods. In addition, when engineering judgments and experiences are added to the process, the process is shortened. DETS produces accurate and fast solutions to its customers by mastering all these processes. All modelling and simulation studies are carried out within the scope of DETS Integrated Management System processes, documented and traceability is ensured. The up-to-dateness, accuracy and model revisions of the simulations are kept under control. The know-how of DETS is transferred to the works with the processes it follows.
