Armored tracked vehicles are special vehicles that can move easily on rough and mountainous terrain and are designed according to these conditions. Considering the terrain conditions and the loads they carry, suspension systems are one of the most important subsystems of these vehicles. Suspension systems are systems that increase the driving quality of the vehicle and ensure that the subsystems work in harmony.

In project scope; mathematical calculation-based models were prepared for the armored combat cehicle belonging to the main contractor firm, and simulations based on these models were developed. Within the scope of the simulation studies, models with multi-degree of freedom vehicles and special test tracks were prepared.

DETS takes simulation outputs according to the vehicle information entered into the simulation and on which track the vehicle will be driven. Thus, it reaches the design criteria required for the design of the subsystem elements in the suspension system of a tracked vehicle in a cost-effective, fast and accurate manner.
